Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Charges Shipping charges are determined based on the customer’s shipping address.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges Policy Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay for your order in cash upon delivery. We offer this option for customers who prefer not to pay online. There are no additional charges for COD orders, and only Nepalese Rupee is accepted.
  3. Estimated Delivery Time For online payments, orders are confirmed after payment authorization. For COD, orders are confirmed upon verification by our customer service. We’ll notify you of the confirmed order and approximate delivery time via SMS/notification. In-stock items are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. In rare cases, where items are unavailable, we may take up to 7 working days to ship. If we’re unable to ship within 7 days, the remaining unshipped part of the order will be canceled, and a refund issued.
  4. International Delivery International delivery is currently unavailable.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure your order meets your expectations. If you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 working days for prompt resolution. Returns are accepted for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Transit damage or shortage (refuse delivery if damaged)
  • Items expiring within 3 months

Returns are subject to conditions:

  • Items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging
  • Only fully unused items can be returned
  • Batch number must match sales invoice
  • Original sales invoice must be returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Partially used items
  • Products requiring specific storage conditions
  • Expired products
  • Second-time requests for the same product

Exceptions:

  • No returns for Injections, Health Monitors & Equipment, and Ortho Support products
  • Certain products marked as non-returnable on product pages

Refund Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction. Full refunds are possible if:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is lost or damaged during transit
  • Item is past its expiry date

Refund process may vary. Allow 7 to 10 working days for credit/debit card or net banking refunds. To request a refund, email your order details and reason for refund. Refunds are processed at our city office.
